01 · Character performance, timing and movement.
Explore how a short animated idea develops into a planned sequence. Combine character design, visual consistency, storyboarding and motion experiments with AI-assisted production, then refine the result through editing and review.

02 · Story, framing, continuity, editing and sound.
Explore the decisions that make a sequence feel coherent: what the audience needs to see, where the camera belongs, how one shot connects to the next and how sound changes meaning. Use AI-assisted tools within that filmmaking process.

03 · Player goals, mechanics, worlds and interaction.
Start with the player's goal and the rules that make the experience interesting. Explore worldbuilding, AI-assisted assets and prototyping, then test whether the interaction communicates what you intended.
For aspiring game creators, interactive storytellers, designers and developers interested in connecting creative concepts with player experience.

04 · Audience, message, content and measurement.
Use AI to support research, creative exploration and content production while keeping the campaign grounded in a clear brief. Practise building a consistent message across channels and deciding what evidence would show that the campaign is working.
For marketers, content creators, designers and founders who want a more structured way to plan and develop AI-assisted campaigns.

Plan with a purpose, create and compare, then refine and present your work with a clear record of your contribution.
Understand the audience, purpose, constraints and expected output. Good creative decisions begin with a clear problem to solve.
Work through focused activities before combining them into a larger piece. Use the lesson sequence to build on what you have already learned.
Check your work for the qualities that matter to the brief. Where feedback is provided, use it to make a purposeful revision.
Show the work, explain the decisions and identify your contribution. Keep a record of references, tools, assets and major revisions.

Programmes run for 4–6 months, with training three days a week. Admissions can confirm the next start date, session times and practice commitments.
Yes. Grant support can reach 100% of tuition and instalment plans can extend up to 12 months, subject to approval and written terms. Applying does not guarantee a grant.
On meeting the programme's completion requirements, you receive a Certificate of Completion from the University of Waterloo and a Certificate of Completion from PG Academy, subject to issuer arrangements.
